"The Barn" is situated in the idyllic hamlet of Millhouse, just on the outskirts of Tighnabruaich. They serve fresh home baking and local food from the treasure trove of local suppliers we are blessed with in Argyllshire as well as deliciouscoffees and Loch Fyne Ales. They also have a Gift shop with an array of local arts and crafts, books and "Fairtrade" goods. Relax in the cosy "Barn" or enjoy the stunning garden, complete with swings and hammocks, Aswell as a Kids Corner inside for those rainy days!
Dunoon is the lively gathering place for the whole Cowal area. The town offers a museum, cinema and leisure centre as well as a fascinating selection of craft shops, boutiques, fashion outlets and other shops.
Kames Village General store just beyond the Kames crossroads is the an award winning local store, your best bet for a full shop, daily newspapers, off licence etc.

Tighnabruaich Gallery is run by Penny and Andrew Graham-Weall who took over the gallery in 2008 after visiting Tighnabruaich and falling in love with the place. The Scottish art scene is vibrant and you'll always find a very warm welcome. Browse, enjoy the art and chat to the artists.
